Role and Responsibilities

Meet with JA Staff to identify company priorities and develop plan and goals for JA programs

Spearhead volunteer activities between Junior Achievement and your company.

Recruit employee volunteers for desired programs (note that about 10% of recruited volunteers become unable to teach for a variety of reasons, so please consider this when setting your personal goal).

Work with JA staff to coordinate volunteer training and program materials distribution.

Manage communication with employee volunteers regarding JA volunteer events.
