Company Coordinator Resources

Role and Responsibilities

  • Meet with JA Staff to identify company priorities and develop plan and goals for JA programs

  • Spearhead volunteer activities between Junior Achievement and your company.

  • Recruit employee volunteers for desired programs (note that about 10% of recruited volunteers become unable to teach for a variety of reasons, so please consider this when setting your personal goal).

  • Work with JA staff to coordinate volunteer training and program materials distribution.

  • Manage communication with employee volunteers regarding JA volunteer events.
